Comprehensive travel, medical, cancellation, and Interruption Insurance is mandatory. You have the option to purchase comprehensive youth insurance through Global Journeys Academy at the following rates:

• $250 for Bermuda & Costa Rica Credit Programs
• $395 for Britain, Central Europe, France, Iceland & Norway, Italy, & Morocco Credit Programs
• $550 for Australia & New Zealand, Ecuador, Greece & Italy, & Southeast Asia Credit Programs
• $295 for Volunteer Programs

Insurance must be requested and paid for when your application is submitted. Premiums are non-refundable after date of purchase.

Should you decide not to purchase insurance through Global Journeys Academy, you will be required to supply us with evidence of out-of-province medical coverage, as well as cancellation and interruption insurance within 48 hours of your application. A member of our staff will contact you to discuss insurance options and ensure that you have proper coverage.

Once you submit your application, a payment page will appear which you must complete if you are paying with VISA or MASTERCARD.

Input your payment amount which should include the deposit of $1,600 and the insurance premium if applicable (cost as noted above).

A member of our staff will contact you to acknowledge receipt of your application, payment details, and to confirm space. If space is not available our staff will notify you and provide you with other options or a full refund.

The deposit amount will be deducted from your total balance and an invoice will be forwarded to you.

Please Note:
For Summer Programs:
Dec 15, 2022 - Your 2nd Deposit will be due
March 15, 2023 - Your Final Balance will be due

For March Break Volunteer Programs:
Deposit is due upon application and the final balance is due January 15, 2023.
